Down Two, Up Some Za

(Quepos, Costa Rica)

Bummer day today as we’re down two people. Today Shea and Tasha flew out. Cold hard proof that this awesome time isn’t going to last forever. Sigh.

Before they left though we were able to get in some table crib. A Foy Family staple that was carelessly forgotten until today. I would like to say I won, but that’s probably a lie.

To pick this post up from a list of losses I’ll mention some of today’s wins. Freddy the Toucan stopped by for a visit. Although he did run himself into one of the house windows more than once so it wasn’t necessarily a win for him. A sun bathing iguana was also spotted, and Kristi and I went for a beautiful hike down to some private, secluded beaches to take in the scenery.

To top off the day, and explain Gregory’s apparent absence we made personalized, barbecued pizzas. All ingredients rounded up by the surfer boy Greg. A real treat.

A real win to have eyes on her whenever we want. Greg suffers regularly from separation anxiety when too far.

A cool shot of the pad.

Freddy the Toucan. Can you see him?

Sights seen on Kristi and my hike. We watched this horse for quite some time to ensure it wasn’t stuck. This was mostly for our own good than that of the horse.

Yup I just think he moved his back leg.
